The design adopts a decentralized layout, from land to sea, with staggered heights. Each building is arranged at different elevations to ensure beautiful views and good privacy. The flat layout emphasizes the sense of sequence and privacy, and integrates private courtyard landscapes. Each functional room should be made as open as possible, introducing outdoor landscapes into the indoor space. Each villa has its own play pool or swimming pool and outdoor leisure SPA. To ensure privacy, the villas are separated by walls or plants, forming a quiet and private courtyard space. The purpose of the overall design is to create an elegant and comfortable vacation and leisure environment in a superior geographical environment. Taking the sea as the source, putting people first, and fully integrating nature, humanity, and technology.
