Characteristic towns are organic entities, mainly relying on their own characteristic industries and environmental factors, including regional characteristics, ecological resource characteristics, and cultural characteristics. The purpose of planning and design is to create a comprehensive project with a clear industrial positioning, cultural connotations, tourism features, and compound community functions. It integrates multiple industrial models, fully explores the unique landscape characteristics of the town, and forms the third urban residence with a reasonable spatial structure layout.

In the design of characteristic towns, we implement different development models:The new rural town of Liangzhu Cultural Village in Hangzhou, which covers products throughout the life cycle and integrates natural ecological protection, leisure tourism, residence, economy and culture.The Jiaxing Wood Art Town based on the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries. The Xinyuan Taihu International Health City and the China Resources Hangzhou Shulan Health Town focusing on health care and extensive tourism vacations.We also carry out the planning and design of Mengzhiyuan in Yingdong Village, Chongming, a beautiful rural agricultural tourism town.
