SHANGHAI ZF ARCHITECTS, founded in 1979, is a comprehensive design company of Class A in Shanghai’s architectural field, providing design services and technical support for the entire process of project construction, including pre project planning, architecture, interior design, landscape design, civil defense, as well as design general contracting, design consulting, design drawing review, construction supervision, and other aspects.

 

The Company adopts the shareholding-system operating mode of key managerial and technical personnel holding shares, relying on the teamwork of 400 professional talents of various subjects, endeavor to create works rich in architectural ideas and professionalism while providing multilevel technical services for customers. Accumulated over 300 awards in national, provincial, and municipal architectural professional awards.

The company's main business is to provide design services for the top 100 real estate enterprises in China. In the early days, it has created well-known projects in the industry such as Zhengda Jiujiantang, Jingding Anbang, and Guoxin Century Seaview in Shanghai. In recent years, we have designed and completed works such as Shanghai Rongchuang Binjiang No.1 Courtyard, Hangzhou Rongchuang Haiyue Mansion, Shanghai Vanke Zhongxing Road No.1, Ningbo Vanke Jade Binjiang, and Hangzhou Vanke Gongwang Junxi Villa; In the field of elderly care real estate, we have completed the high-end elderly care project Hangzhou Vanke Suiyuan Jiashu Elderly Care Apartment, creating a new model of community elderly care in China; In the field of tourism commercial real estate, we have collaborated with Vanke Real Estate Group to complete projects such as Liangzhu Cultural Village.

 

We value technological progress and professional leadership, and are one of the earliest design companies in Shanghai to establish a BIM team. Huangpu Center is located in the old west gate of Huangpu District, Shanghai, a pure Grade A office building, adjacent to the Zhonghua Road Ring Road, and close to Xintiandi in the west, overlooking the Bund and Huangpu River.In order to design a high quality office building the project pays attention to the value of the surrounding landscape. It aims to reduce building density as far as possible, improving the surrounding landscape and coordinating with urban environment.

The building is simple with a neutral color; the curtain walls that combine glass and stone are modern and refined. The interior design of the building coordinates with the exterior in order to see and feel the building as a whole. The material used in the lobby is of stone texture, which makes the outside and inside of the building relate and integrate with each other, reinforcing the feeling of this modern structure.
