Huzhou has always been known as the capital of silk, the land of fish and rice, and the land of culture. The design is based on the traditional culture of Huzhou, which has strong regional characteristics, and integrates Western culture; Integrating Asian elements into the modern architectural language family, using traditional artistic conception and modern style symmetrically, to create a refined and elegant modern courtyard life full of Eastern charm.
The planning and design cover 40 low rise residential buildings and a 3-story kindergarten, which will be used as a preliminary demonstration area. The design focuses on the coordination with the high-rise residential group space and surrounding environmental landscape, utilizing the inherent characteristics of the plot to ensure that the north-south layout is coordinated with the urban diversification mechanism. The different architectural forms of the East and the West, as well as the diverse yet unified architectural styles, form a rich sense of spatial hierarchy. Through the differences in architectural layout, design creates diverse settlement forms between buildings from a group perspective, and the changes in density and form create a rich community spatial environment.
