The project is located in Haiyan, Jiaxing, with dual water features of coastline and canal. The design goal is to fully leverage the advantages of natural resources and create an ideal living environment in the bay area that is comfortable and of high quality. The coastal part of the town is divided into three villages, and each resort will layout the highest end products along the center of the inland river. Low density residential clusters occupy the areas with the most concentrated landscape resources, and are also the most picturesque scenery along the canal with the richest vacation atmosphere and the most distinctive coastal town spirit.
On the premise of organic and reasonable urban space, the building height is locally increased to form a gradient clear spatial relationship. The combination of western-style houses and low rise products creates a more obvious skyline difference, enriching the riverside interface. Buildings along Binhai Road and Yuyitang Road increase urban image nodes while controlling height, maintaining the scale and richness of the urban interface.
