The project is located in Jiaxing, a typical water town in the south of the Yangtze River. The return of traditional culture is not only the pace of the times, but also the psychological needs of every countrymen. The design adopts modern Chinese facades to create a new Chinese cultural community with profound connotation.
The door welcomes: deep in the courtyard, with views visible layer by layer. The high and low are arranged in a staggered manner, taking the meaning of traditional garden paths leading to secluded places and different scenery as one moves. Based on the courtyard wall and measured by the courtyard door, it exudes a subtle sense of rhythm; Large area windows with exquisite details that match the tone of Sunac products. Appropriate combination of reality and illusion, suitable curvature and straightness, introverted and private, watching the spring flowers and autumn fruits, the flowing water of the curved cup. No matter how the city changes, no matter how the habits change, the Chinese people always have such an inexplicable courtyard complex. In the story of Chinese people, there is no lack of yard. 'Harmony in the courtyard, harmony in the home' is a deeply ingrained sentiment. Whether it's the hutongs and courtyards of old Beijing, or the pink walls and black tiles in the misty rain of Jiangnan, they are interdependent and record the way of life and family warmth passed down from generation to generation.
