Sunac Huzhou Prefecture Demonstration Zone
Sunac Huzhou Prefecture Demonstration Zone
Project Location: Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province
Developer: Sunac China Holdings Limited
Building area: 1982 square meters
The design concept of the project is lake culture, and the facade adopts perforated aluminum panels with landscape painting patterns. After multiple selections and comparisons, the designer finally selected Zhao Mengfu's "Heavy River and Stacked Peaks" for the exterior design. Zhao Mengfu was born in Wuxing, Zhejiang (now Huzhou, Zhejiang), and was knowledgeable and talented. He achieved the highest success in calligraphy and painting, and pioneered a new style of painting in the Yuan Dynasty. The painting "The Overlapping Mountains of the Yangtze River" perfectly interprets the urban characteristics of Huzhou and the pursuit of the "ultimate and far-reaching" quality of Huzhou Prefecture.
Adopting a symmetrical two courtyard layout with a central axis, entering the exhibition core area, the main entrance is shaped like Wang Xianzhi's "Lake" character finishing sculpture, paired with pine trees, a large area of mirrored water scenery, and a hollowed out grille landscape wall. It is highly imbued with Eastern traditional cultural connotations, while also pursuing modern quality space. It showcases modern freehand life in the poetry of the lake and mountains, creating a calm and comfortable journey home.
