Recently, our company was invited to participate in the "ICONIC CONFERENCE" hosted by the German Design Council. At the event, Mr. Lu Zhen, Director and Head of the Second Architectural Design Institute, delivered a keynote speech titled "An Exploration of Future Community Development" on behalf of the company. 
In his speech centered around "Future Communities," Director Lu introduced relevant policies and shared the top-level design framework of "One Center, Three Value Orientations, and Nine Future Scenarios." He highlighted these concepts through detailed case studies of his projects, including "Hangzhou Sunac City" and "Vanke Taizhou Xinhai Community," effectively illustrating the uniqueness and significance of future community development. Lu Zhen emphasized that "future communities," as an emerging concept, intersect with ideas like "open communities," "shared cities," "TOD (Transit-Oriented Development)," "urban ecosystems," and "synchronized above-ground and underground development." He noted that this trend could present significant opportunities for the design industry.
