On the morning of June 12, the grand groundbreaking ceremony for the Huangshan High-Speed Rail CBD project, jointly developed by Zhongfang Architecture, Shanghai Urban Investment, and Huangshan Urban Investment, took place. Attending the event were Ren Zefeng, Secretary of Huangshan Municipal Party Committee, Mayor Kong Xiaohong, as well as leaders from Shanghai Urban Investment Group, including Jiang Shujie, Zhou Hao, and Chen Xiaobo. Chairman Ding Mingyuan of Zhongfang Architecture was invited to attend as the representative of the design company. 
The project is located in the high-speed rail district of Huangshan's economic development zone and aims to become a new landmark, urban center, and eco-livable complex in Huangshan. This is the first Yangtze River Delta project for Shanghai Urban Investment, with Zhongfang Architecture responsible for the entire architectural, interior, and landscape design. 
The project draws inspiration from the integration of nature and culture, with "Hui" culture as the design core, and takes advantage of the surrounding lush mountains and waters to create a new type of community where residential spaces, public spaces, and the ecological environment coexist harmoniously, highlighting the perfect fusion of ecology and culture.
