Recently, Gu Xiuping, Director of the Shanghai Construction Engineering Design Document Review Management Center, along with Deputy Director Zhang Hongying, Deputy Section Chief Gong Tianxiong of the Survey and Design Supervision Division, and staff members Ju Xiao and Mi Rongrong, visited Shanghai Zhongfang Architectural Design Co., Ltd. to research prefabrication work and discuss the topic of post-evaluation in prefabrication.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Ding Mingyuan, Chairman of Shanghai Zhongfang Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Mr. Sheng Lei, General Manager, Mr. Yang Yongbao, Deputy Chief Engineer of Structural Design, and Mr. Dai Yi, General Manager of Huizhong Review Company.
During the meeting, Directors Gu and Zhang emphasized that the primary purpose of this research was to understand the implementation of prefabrication work and the execution of prefabricated assembly indicators within the company. They also sought feedback from the company regarding the recent issuance of Document No. 765 by the municipal government. The goal was to reassess the feasibility and rationality of the document through this investigation, providing important evidence for future policy direction.
