Based on the successful experience of the ZF Architecture’s lobby design competition, Shanghai Zhongxin Asset Management Co., Ltd. entrusted ZF Architecture with the task of updating the lobby design for the ground floor of Huangpu Central Tower. On February 28, the competition notice was issued, calling for outstanding design proposals. 
By March 31, a total of 11 designs had been submitted. On April 3, the review meeting was chaired by three expert judges: Liu Yichun, Deng Weimin, and Ding Mingyuan. After presentations and deliberations, the judges evaluated the proposals based on factors such as design creativity, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness. The final results were announced, with the design by MiAo Studio winning the competition. Additionally, several designs from China State Construction’s Second Architectural Design Institute, including "Organ Hall," "Mountain and Sky," "Flowing Tranquility," and a proposal by the Fifth Architectural Design Institute led by Chen, received the Excellence Award.
