Recently, a welcome meeting for new employees, themed "Igniting New Beginnings," was held in the company's 19th-floor conference room. The meeting was conducted in two sessions. During the event, HR Manager Meng Jing introduced the basics of China State Construction Engineering Corporation and the employee guidelines. The event also featured keynote speeches from the company's Executive Chief Architect, Bao Hailing, who is also the Director of the First Architectural Design Institute, and Xu Wenwei, the company's Chief Engineer and Director of the Second Structural Design Institute. Their presentations covered a wide range of topics, from technical insights to philosophical reflections, and from project management to company operations. The discussions provided the new employees with a deeper understanding of the company, helping them to connect with its values, while also offering valuable perspectives on balancing work with personal aspirations and life.
