The concept centers on three atriums, which not only serve as a seamless link between the new and old architectural forms but also play a crucial role in reducing elevated noise and enhancing the internal environment. The result is a modern building that combines form and substance, featuring a fresh, rhythmic, and minimalist aesthetic.
