Fujian Sanfang Qixiang Wang Garden
Fujian Sanfang Qixiang Wang Garden
Project Location: Fuzhou, Fujian Province
Developer: Zhengxiang Group
Building Area: 26,682 square meters
The project is located in Sanfang Qixiang, one of China’s top ten famous streets and a historical and cultural tourism area in Fuzhou, this project draws inspiration from the protected area's typical architectural units, specifically the Shen Baozhen Residence. The design samples and mirrors these elements to reconstruct and continue the traditional spatial heritage. Reflecting the traditional Chinese multi-courtyard structure, the building employs a multi-entry, vertical courtyard layout facing north to south. The project follows the late Tang Dynasty tradition of segmented wall construction, with white walls, black-tiled roofs, gate towers, and alleys that shape the unique architectural style of ancient Fuzhou residences. The design creates two private residential clusters, with high-end villas in the southern group and mid-range villas in the northern group, separated by a preserved public street, with each group forming a semi-public alley within.
