Living by the water has been people's choice and aspiration since ancient times. Nanxun, as a synonym for the water towns in the south of the Yangtze River, should make the most of its water resources. Utilizing the rich water network resources of the resort area and in the form of island living, five ecological residential groups will be created. People can wake up to the sound of waves in the morning, sleep with the water by their side, and live in a picturesque place that is like paradise. The design takes boats as the carriers to extend people's activities to the water surface.
The starting point of the project's style design is to create a modern and healthy vacation village with traditional and natural approaches.
The health and elderly care section relies on the small-scale and multi-functional elderly care institutions embedded in the community. There are more than 40 barrier-free and elderly-friendly designs in the whole area, a full-cycle and multi-faceted guarantee plan combining medical care and elderly care, and an ecological oxygen bar with water and forests. The international tourism and vacation center will also become a spiritual home where the elderly can enjoy their twilight years.
