The Nursing Center is located in the center of Taihu International Health City. It faces the river on the east side, the lake on the west side, and is adjacent to the hospital on the north side. It encompasses elderly care apartments, time-sharing vacation hotels, an elderly care and support center, and a supporting center for the elderly. Based on the different life stages of the elderly and combined with the elderly university and health management center built as supporting facilities, it provides one-stop and all-round elderly care services.
It makes full use of the river view resources. The high-rise buildings face the lake. The entrance square has a good interaction with the river view. The riverside park is open to the public and forms an open community together with the elderly activity center. Moreover, the elderly apartment area has an independent private fishing area. The enclosed courtyards with rich layers and an intimate scale combine with the overhead spaces and courtyards to set up multiple functions, enabling the elderly to return to group life.
