The main building of the architecture is in a U-shape, consisting of a 69.9-meter-long and 40-meter-high tower and podium buildings on the east and west wings. The tower faces north and south and has a total of ten floors. The podium buildings have five floors with a height of 21.80 meters. There is another four-story auxiliary building in the shape of a point at the southwest corner of the site. The U-shaped building encloses a south-facing inner courtyard, which becomes the main activity area within the site.
The main green space and activity area of the site is the inner courtyard enclosed by the U-shaped building. The greening area of the inner courtyard is approximately 1,430 square meters. The landscape design matches the architectural style, presenting the symmetry and geometry of Western gardens. Taking the east, west and north wings of the building as the benchmarks, a cross-axis and a center are formed.
The neoclassical style is adopted. Classical proportions, rhythms and the relationships between solid and void are selected. Meanwhile, overly complicated decorations and textures are abandoned. The details are refined and recreated to present a new look that is both classical and simple, meeting both the classical sentiment and the living needs of modern people at the same time. The main body of the building uses the classic three-part layout. The top of the tower adopts two-story-high vertical lines for tapering, visually stretching the proportion longitudinally and making the overall effect of the building more spacious.
