Zhongfang Architecture Hosts 2018 Departmental Team-Building Tour

On June 29, Zhongfang Architecture kicked off its annual *2018 Team-Building Activity*. Employees from various departments, including Architecture Divisions 1-4, Structural Divisions 1-2, BIM, Equipment, Environmental Art, and functional departments, participated in the event.

The team-building activity spanned three days, with the destination chosen by departmental votes. Options included Shengsi, Qingdao, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Huashan, Hong Kong, and Dalian. Throughout the event, team members collaborated in planning and decision-making, fostering a spirit of cooperation, discipline, and strong organizational skills. The activities allowed both new and long-standing employees to bond, build trust, and strengthen friendships, contributing to a more cohesive and motivated workforce.
