In Liangzhu Cultural Village, which covers an area of 670 hectares and has a floor area of 3.5 million square meters, it carries the architectural vision of Vanke's Dream Town and also witnesses the design concept of the whole-process control of high-quality architecture by Zhongfang. Here, Zhongfang participates in Vanke's full life cycle product line, covering various product forms such as western-style houses, villas, and senior apartments.
Based on the ideal of creating a town where people can "dream of living for a lifetime", since 2007, we have undertaken the design of the second phase of Bailu Jun South and thus begun our indissoluble bond with Liangzhu Cultural Village. Here, we have designed a product system with different architectural types and characteristics. For apartment products, there are Liuying Fang, Qiuhe Fang and Tanmeili in Bailu Jun South; for townhouses and villas, which are the product types that can best embody the excellent resources of Liangzhu Cultural Village. We have been responsible for the design of the Spanish townhouses in the third phase of Yangguang Tianji, the mountain villas in Junxi, the lake-view western-style houses in Junxi Lan Shan, as well as the main products such as Zhujing Yunshan. In addition, in 2012, Zhongfang Architecture and Vanke explored a new model of high-end senior apartments and created a milestone work in high-end senior care in contemporary China: Suiyuan Jiashu.
From western-style houses to stacked townhouses, from row houses to detached villas, from residential buildings to high-end senior care products, in Liangzhu Cultural Village, we have created a wide variety of products, growing together with the town and realizing the "dream living lifestyle" step by step.
