The Chenkai · Xin Community is located in the Xinzhuang Business District of Minhang District, Shanghai. It is one of the first projects to be listed and supplied after the introduction of the affordable rental housing system in Shanghai, and also one of the first talent apartments recognized and listed in Minhang District. The project responds to local policies, adheres to the orientation of talent needs, combines with the surrounding environment, creates multi-dimensional living scenes with themes of socializing, sports, and pets, and explores a new model of rental housing.
The building facade adopts a simple modern style, and the architectural form serves its functions. The main wall surface is coated with dark gray paint, and the white paint outlines the boundaries of the building, cutting the large building form. Through partial changes in the gable walls and balconies, orange elements that run through the entire project are dotted, forming a facade expression with a sense of rhythm.
