The project is located on a plot adjacent to the Huangpu Expo Riverside area. The design goals are to create high-end residential buildings that interact and integrate with the surrounding environment, construct rich and diverse spaces, and have complete and well-defined functions; to build an outward-oriented green ecological community that is open to the city; and to develop high-end rental housing with multiple functions and supporting composite functional areas.
The buildings of the entire project adopt a light color palette, presenting a modern and classic overall architectural style. Emphasis is placed on increasing the sense of scale of details on the basis of large masses and voids, so that the exterior is complete and rich while the interior has a pleasant scene. The main building serves residential functions and combines glass with light yellow materials, looking dignified and elegant, with a rich form, simple lines, and a modern and upright urban image. The lower part is for supporting functions, with an emphasis on delicate detailing at the human scale, showing a pleasant and refined temperament. The architectural style of the entire project complements and coexists harmoniously with the architectural styles of the surrounding overall area.
