The project is located in the Tangqiao area of Pudong. The plot is close to the Huangpu River, boasting an unrivaled riverside view. The building area is approximately 160,000 square meters. Three short-plate high-rise buildings with similar appearances and nearly 100 meters in height are arranged in a sequential manner. The two buildings on the north side are high-end commercial residential buildings, and the building on the south side is a rental residential building. Commercial facilities and a community club are set up in the podium building along the street.
The design needs to take into account not only its own viewing effect but also the image characteristics along the riverside. Therefore, setbacks are made along the river at the top, and the planar form at the end facing the Huangpu River is also designed with recesses and protrusions. Correspondingly, the internal apartment layouts also give more consideration to the advantage of a 180-degree view, striving to create an unrivaled riverside residential building.
The entrance lobby is 9 meters high, creating a spacious homecoming space. The floors and walls are carved with rare stone mosaics imported from Italy. Exquisite detailed design creates a quality lifestyle. The standard floor has 3 elevators serving 5 households. The apartment types range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom ones, with an area range of 84 to 336 square meters and a floor height of 3.6 meters, meeting the needs of different types of customers.
The project is a high-rise fully-furnished residential building. The design uses BIM to simulate the intersection of decoration and various pipelines, locates the holes left on all walls, columns and beams in the construction drawing, guides the on-site construction, and presents a three-dimensional dynamic display of the large underground garage and equipment pipelines.
