The design hopes to fully integrate the ecological landscapes of the city, the region and even the project itself to create a new-generation rental international community that is youthful, multifunctional and open. There are a total of 10 high-rise residential buildings in the plot. Among them, two are point towers along the street, which are combined with commercial groups to form a rich and open block. The remaining 8 buildings are grouped and arranged on the west side of the plot. Courtyard towers are arranged along the river. A north-south landscape axis is set up in the residential area and connected to the main entrance of the residences to create a green living environment.
In the design, the impact on the urban landscape is fully considered. The facade design adopts a simple and modern approach, with simple and refined facade lines, highlighting the spiritual temperament of rental housing. Meanwhile, the urban skyline is also fully taken into account. More supporting service rooms are set up along the urban interface along the street to ensure a simple and clean urban interface and the openness for convenient access to the community. The residential living facilities are located on the east-west supporting axis. Facilities such as the neighborhood committee, activity rooms, and fire control rooms are arranged respectively for the convenience of residents' use.
