The shape of the plot is regular, and it generally forms a pattern of "slab buildings in the west and point towers in the east", which shows great respect for the urban space. Starting from the on-site conditions of the plot, integrating resources, the design focuses on the residential, living and leisure functions of the residents. The functional areas are clearly divided. In terms of architectural modeling and facade design, efforts are made to be rich, innovative and well-balanced on the premise of fulfilling functions, so that it can conform to the overall planning while having its own distinct architectural characteristics and community taste.
