The project is located in the Zhongxing community of Jing'an District, with a total club area of approximately 3,300 square meters, divided into four floors. The first floor serves as the community living room, the second floor is for sales displays, the third floor includes exhibition halls and private meeting rooms, and the basement primarily features fitness and swimming facilities. The club's basement directly connects to the garage and the various buildings. The overall interior design concept incorporates a uniquely Eastern bamboo birdcage that links all four floors. Through variations in lighting and material colors, the birdcage serves as the focal point, weaving together the overarching theme of Eastern charm. The color scheme employs vintage reds, greens, and blues for spatial accents. This design integrates with Vanke Rongxin's overarching goal of "rewriting Eastern modern elegance," establishing a landmark model for urban renewal in the Zhongxing Road area of the Suzhou River Bay District.
