The demonstration zone is located in the northern area of the "Vanke Jiangwan Lanting" project, consisting of a demonstration zone, commercial and entrance plaza spaces. Through planning and design, it aims to create a rich and diverse "living, dining, exhibition, leisure" neighborhood environment. The design centers around the demonstration area and connects a waterfront block square through a commercial pedestrian street that spans across the north and south of Hengsi Road. A hierarchical transition is formed in a smaller plot, directing pedestrian flow from the noisy urban main road to the open and waterfront square through a commercial pedestrian street at a near pedestrian scale, achieving rich changes in the spatial form of the front area of the demonstration area and continuously introducing pedestrian flow into the demonstration area.
