The project is located in the core area of Yinzhou, Ningbo, in a wetland ecological community, aiming to create an ecological and intelligent city. Planning and design are based on the high integration of urban space, taking into account spatial form, green system, and traffic organization, in order to maintain the overall image of urban space. Following the principle of high in the east and low in the west, a city skyline with distinct layers, staggered and rhythmic patterns is formed. The design is based on the concept of three belts, three gardens, and one platform, adopting a peripheral layout to increase the extension surface and enhance the viewing value; Using a large enclosure for greening, emphasizing uniformity, each building has a river (water) landscape and a garden landscape; The building adopts a combination of point and slab design, free curves, and resolves the negative space of river landscape infiltration. The large spacing between residential buildings along the river provides favorable conditions for the infiltration of river scenery. The streamlined facade design matches the tone of waterfront buildings.
