The project is located in the core area of Mawei Old Town, Fuzhou City, on the banks of the East China Sea and the Min River. It is an important water gateway in Fujian and has a large number of relics of the Maritime Silk Road culture. Here, the beautiful mountains and waters converge, bringing together tradition and modernity. The design of the demonstration zone is rooted in the city and historical memory of Mawei, using modern design techniques to extract traditional cultural elements and collide to create a new urban impression space. The design of the demonstration area originates from the combination of Eastern inspiration and modern architecture, leading the aesthetic direction of contemporary architecture and revitalizing the urban architectural aesthetics of Ma Wei. Through simple line shapes and color matching aesthetics, it creates a modernist architectural style. The gray aluminum plate is paired with ultra white glass and covered with cold gray stone, creating a cool and upright building. The special treatment of the second layer glass solves the energy-saving problem and enriches the facade hierarchy.
