The original design of the first and second floors was a gym, while the third floor was commercial space. The owner has now commissioned the renovation of the first and second floors to be used as co-working spaces. Therefore, the design challenges include: the repurposing of the swimming pool area on the first floor and how to create a flexible working environment suitable for young people within a limited space. The overall design approach aims to enhance open spaces, such as a salon area and discussion zones, using simple and modern materials. It also incorporates a significant amount of self-service spaces, including a coffee bar, printing room, and vending machines. The overall atmosphere caters to the aesthetic preferences of modern young people, creating an open, collaborative, relaxed, vibrant, and enjoyable working environment.
