This project comprises 33-story residential buildings and is the first PC project in Jingjiang, with a 53% prefabrication area and a 31% prefabrication rate for individual units. As there is no requirement for exterior wall prefabrication in Jiangsu Province, and due to the Spanish-style façade, the project excludes exterior wall prefabrication.
PC Components: Interior and exterior transverse walls, composite slabs, and stairs.( There is no requirement for exterior wall PC in Jiangsu Province. Since the exterior facade of this project features a Spanish style with numerous variations in its design, prefabrication of exterior walls is not taken into consideration.)
