This project, located in the southern part of Songjiang’s new town, includes 17-story residential buildings with a 40% prefabrication rate. Utilizing BIM technology, the design integrates ALLPLAN software to enable resource sharing.
The PC components include precast exterior walls, interior walls, staircases, floor slabs, balconies, and air conditioning platforms.
