The project is located in Fengxian, Shanghai. It is the first residential project with assembled monolithic shear wall structure in our institute. There are a total of 17 residential buildings, among which Buildings 8, 9, 10, 16 and 17 are PC (Precast Concrete) building blocks. Each of these buildings has 14 floors. The building area of the PC structures is 26,924 square meters, accounting for 25% of the total residential area, and the prefabrication rate of a single building is 15%.
The PC components include: composite balcony slabs, stairs, bay windows (including parts of the exterior walls).
