The overall shape of the building symbolizes a "crown of flowers in the clouds." This effect responds to the topography and landscape by rationally manipulating the building's mass and applying a skin that embodies both contemporary spirit and practical functionality. Specifically, the building consists of four layers resting on a landscaped foundation. First, these four layers are progressively and appropriately twisted counterclockwise based on the orientation of the viewing points and pedestrian flow, creating effects of retreating or cantilevering, much like the interior of a "flower crown." Secondly, on this basis, a circle of tensioned arch ribs is introduced, supported between the building's roof and ground, forming the skeleton of the "flower crown." Finally, a vertical green façade made of perforated aluminum panels serves as the outer skin, weaving together to create the final shape of the "flower crown."
