A large sloping green space covers most of the Citizen Activity Center, transforming the building's roof into a hillside park that seamlessly integrates greenery with architecture. The hillside park is inspired by the form of flowing water, with the building masses scattered like large stones smoothed by flowing currents. Different functional areas are distributed among these "stones," while public activity spaces are situated beneath the slope. The architectural façade embodies the concept of "a forest on the hillside," constructed from perforated aluminum panels that form patterns resembling trees through their holes. During the day, sunlight filters through the surface, casting dappled shadows indoors, creating an ambiance akin to being surrounded by a dense forest. At night, the interplay of light and shadow allows the light from inside to shine through the perforations, giving the building a light and translucent appearance.
