Traditional urban residential areas are composed of streets and alleys, which are spatial symbols that connect past culture with modern life. The project refers to the spatial layout of Cicheng and the inheritance and evolution of the "Lane" culture. By reshaping the "Yin Lane" life in memory, a slow paced "Yin Lane" space is created. Buildings naturally form clusters in a staggered layout, creating a clear sense of neighborhood belonging in high-density environments. The project takes the central lake as the natural base and connects the surrounding land landscape resources through a landscape corridor. The central landscape nodes echo the regional planning, creating high-quality real estate in Jiangbei New City. The overall style of the facade design is simple and modern, with a square volume and comfortable proportions. The vertical frame segmentation technique is used for the facade, and fine horizontal narrow lines are added to each frame for slight changes to increase the delicacy of the facade.
