The project is located in a complex and mixed old and new area in Jing'an District, and the surrounding buildings have significant restrictions on the project's sunlight and spacing. The design is based on the site boundary, forming two main planning axes consisting of ten towers, and the V-shaped tower also fits perfectly with the non north-south sloping base. The ten orderly and logical towers, spanning streets, integrate the east and west plots into a whole, fitting the urban texture, but not pursuing traditional continuity and alignment, giving more space to the city. The tower's unique double cross structural system creates a distinctive corner overhang and column free interior space, while also naturally generating the tower's distinctive exterior features.
