The project is located in the Dajiangdong Industrial Agglomeration Zone of Qiantang New District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It integrates multiple functions and hopes to become a benchmark international community for Qiantang New District in the future. This design consists of 6 residential plots and 1 kindergarten plot, which are divided into two areas by the main urban road.
The design needs to consider how to connect various plots together, through the integration and infiltration of parks and residential areas, the stitching and connection between plots, the implantation and extension of residential areas and commercial areas, the switching of elevated floors and activity venues, the balance and transition of high-rise buildings, villas, and townhouses, ultimately presenting a unique future community life. Residential buildings gradually fall from east to west. Large and high-rise buildings adopt a point type symmetrical group layout, while small and high-rise buildings and western-style houses adopt a short slab staggered layout. The villas are arranged in clusters and treated with setback along the river. The overall architectural space is spacious, orderly, and varied, with a rich and dynamic urban skyline.
