The design takes Central Park in New York City as a reference case, considering the four plots of land in Dongjiadu area as a whole. From the perspective of overall space, it considers the complex relationship between neighborhood space, commercial and natural environment that permeates and is independent of each other. Through the reorganization of functional spaces, it creates a livable form of diversified community gathering in the future. Sharing and openness are one of the key words in future community planning. We hope to integrate communities into the city through an open and integrated urban spatial form. This delivery is for two plots on the east side of the area. In the design of the plan, in addition to considering the integrity of the plots as independent residential communities, it is also necessary to consider how to form an organic link with the community core and create a harmonious and unified urban texture in the overall composition of the "super community".
