The project is located in the Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area, in the start-up area of the Coastal New City. The planning and design arranges public facilities relying on two light rail stations, forming a "TOD Neighborhood Center" and "Sunac Lenovo Smart Valley" driven by dual cores. With the dual cores as the engines for public activities at both ends, the commercialized high-rise residential buildings are arranged close to the core, while low-rise, multi-story and small high-rise residential buildings are arranged along the urban green spaces and riverbanks, creating a water wave effect. Overall, it forms a smart, livable technology town integrating industry, city and people with a pyramid-shaped layout centered around the TOD stations.

Following the design concept of green office and unfolding in combination with the external natural environment, it creates green buildings that are conducive to ecological balance and sustainable development. In combination with the overall urban master plan, ecological corridors are introduced to form a three-dimensional pedestrian traffic system. The buildings are integrated into the environment, enabling the organic combination of buildings and the environment and forming rich outdoor courtyard spaces.

The business center mainly serves high-tech industrial enterprises and elite business customer groups. Enterprise customers focus on communication and display functions, while individual customers focus on exquisite and tasteful commercial facilities. Overall, it forms an exquisite space for business communication and leisure. Through the design of grouping, small-scale pedestrian streets are created to improve transportation convenience and regional sharing. Public passages are planned inside each block and are open to the public, forming small-scale open blocks.
