The cultural center serves as a venue for cultural learning and leisure activities. The building consists of two curved sections, giving it a simple yet modern aesthetic. The external viewing ramp echoes the undulating forms of the structure, connecting the two elliptical units on the east and west sides. The curved walls are both beautiful and imposing, with outdoor staircases extending freely on both sides, connecting to the second-floor landscape platform. This design creates a sense of continuity while distinguishing the different parts of the cultural center, resulting in a soft silhouette and a dignified volumetric relationship. The building features a gentle and soft facade, combining curved solid walls with large areas of glass at both ends, creating a harmonious interplay of solid and transparent elements, while maintaining a robust mass that also exudes an airy and translucent beauty.
