The recent "9th CREDAWARD Real Estate Design Awards·China" Gold and Silver Award Competition was successfully held at the Shanghai Tower—Top of Shanghai. After fierce competition, three projects by ZF Architecture stood out from 853 submissions by 309 institutions. In the end, "Shanghai Ronshine·Vanke Zhongxing Road No. 1" won the Gold Award, "Sunac Mountain Mansion" won the Silver Award, and "Hangzhou Ronshine·Vanke Urban Xanadu " received an Excellence Award.

The "CREDAWARD Real Estate Design Awards," initiated by DJSER in 2014, is a prestigious international design award within the industry. The organizing committee adheres to a 16-character evaluation standard: "Architectural Aesthetics, Environmental priority, User Experience, and Economic Benefits." Known for its rigorous selection process, transparent evaluation model, and strict award criteria, it is recognized by the industry as one of the "most challenging awards" to win.
