On November 22-23, the REARD Awards announced the winners of the 7th Global Real Estate Design Awards and the Young Designer Star Awards. ZF Architecture received 5 Silver Awards, 2 Honor Awards, and 1 Outstanding Work Award. Jiaqing Chen, Yang Wang, Tao Huang, and Lin Ye were honored as Young Designer Stars. 
The awarded projects include: Silver Awards: Yangzhou Vanke Metropolitan Riverside ,Shanghai No.1 Yangpu Riverside, Sunac CHINA Shanshui Jiangnan ,Sunac Xuzhou Shanshui Yunlong , Sunac Huai’an Canal View. Honor Awards: Wuhan Urban Construction Yanlord West Lake Residences, Sunac-China Merchants-Gemdale Oriental Symphony. Outstanding Work Award: Sunac-China Merchants Dongwang Mansion.
