Recently, Lin Ye, Deputy Chief Architect of ZF Architecture , was invited to attend the 7th China High-Quality Residential Industry Development Forum, where she delivered a speech on the theme "Urban and Community Development — Shanghai Ronshine·Vanke Zhongxing Road No. 1." She shared insights on the design practices of her company in the high-quality residential sector and discussed how to create high-quality living communities from both macro and micro urban perspectives. 
The 7th China High-Quality Residential Industry Development Forum brought together domestic high-quality residential real estate developers, architectural design institutes, and leading equipment technology providers. Participants explored the market landscape, design concepts, and product value systems of high-quality residences within the context of urban renewal. The forum also provided a platform for exchanging the latest technological applications in healthy and smart housing, while seeking to identify the best partners for collaboration in establishing standards of value for high-quality residential projects.
