BIM + Prefabricated Construction: A Powerful Combination for the Future

Recently, the Songnan City Xinchangyuan project, designed by ZF Architecture , was nominated for the Project Case Award (Residential Building Category) at the 3rd Shanghai BIM Technology Application Innovation Competition. Located in the Songjiang District of Shanghai, the project is a model of integrating BIM (Building Information Modeling) with prefabricated construction technology. It has been included in Shanghai's compilation of demonstration projects, Technical and Management Guidelines for Prefabricated Buildings, and has also been awarded the "Shanghai Excellent Affordable Housing Award" by the Shanghai Real Estate Association.
