Recently, Bao Hailing, Director and Chief Architect of ZF Architecture, was invited to participate in the 5th China High-Quality Residential Industry Development Forum, where he delivered a keynote speech titled "Heartfelt Experience in Modern High-Quality Residential Communities."
The forum aimed to gather representatives from domestic high-quality residential real estate developers, architectural design firms, and leading equipment technology providers to discuss the market landscape, development models, and product value systems of high-quality residences in the context of urban renewal. Participants also exchanged insights on the latest technological applications and practices in healthy and smart housing, while exploring the standardization of high-quality residential systems.
In his speech, Chief Architect Bao Hailing explored the question, "What is the ideal residential community model?" He shared design practices from various projects, including the planning and architectural work in Liangzhu Cultural Village, the experience of low-density communities within a modern Chinese context, new approaches in residential design through international collaboration, and strategies for urban renewal projects. Through these examples, he conveyed ZF Architecture 's experience and insights in designing high-quality residential communities.
