The project is located in Guangming Village, Jingxi Town, Minhou, Fuzhou. It is adjacent to Jingxi Avenue on the north side, a city park on the west side for 3 kilometers, and an oasis village park on the south side for 2 kilometers, with abundant natural resources. Especially the planned park green space of over 5000 square meters in the middle of the base adds a touch of urban park mission to the project.The planning and design cleverly utilized the planned green space in the project, turning it into an important landscape garden of the project. Five high-rise residential buildings are set up in the northern area of the base, and three high-rise residential buildings are set up in the southern area, forming two clusters respectively.
