Project Location: Putuo District, Shanghai
Building area: 68455 square meters
Developer: Shanghai Jingzhen Real Estate Co., Ltd
The project is a community-based complex that integrates office, commercial, educational, dynamic, and ecological functions. It aims to create diverse commercial formats to meet the needs of different consumers and comprehensively create a three-dimensional urban forest. The architectural layout fully considers humanization, terrain, and efficient use of land. Two high-rise office buildings are arranged within the plot, with two towers arranged in a south low and north high layout, fully utilizing the landscape of Zhenru Park on the south side.
The facade style adopts a simple modern design, with two towers lower in the south and higher in the north, fully utilizing the landscape resources of the Zhenru Park on the south side. The main body of the tower is vertically divided into blocks, which not only weakens the volume but also increases the sculptural feel of the building. The facade adopts two types of glass wall cladding techniques to create visual contrast, giving the building a richer visual impact and achieving a landmark effect. The first floor office entrance lobby and commercial podium adopt glass curtain walls to form a complete and continuous entrance facade, presenting the overall unified effect of the commercial and office complex building.
