The base is located on the southeast side of Changxing Island in Shanghai, within the Changxing Marine Equipment Industry Base. The plot is relatively square, and the coordination between the road network and planning, as well as the role of the landscape axis in the site, need to be mainly considered. Design to extract elements from Changxing Island and create a vibrant industrial park on Changxing Island. Extracting the element of "island" and echoing the topography of Changxing Island, breaking the traditional sense of isolation in office parks by making urban space borderless. The park will form a central axis visual corridor that echoes the site, while extracting the characteristics of the "island" and infiltrating nature into the park, breaking the traditional office park's sense of isolation that "excludes people from thousands of miles away" by making the urban space borderless.
