The product design takes into account both landscape and orientation, with a focus on landscape line of sight, while emphasizing the dynamic and static zoning of the unit plan. The large layout along the lake adopts a north-south hall design tailored to local conditions, innovatively solving the problems of landscape and lighting. In addition to the scenic view of Dongjiang Lake Park on the north side of the community, the residential buildings are arranged in an enclosed manner, with a super central garden inside. Each building can enjoy the internal garden of the community while viewing the river, providing homeowners with a park like natural ecological community life.
