In the early stage, the exhibition area carried the function of displaying and selling buildings, and in the later stage, it served as a community entrance and neighborhood center. From the perspective of sales, the building needs to have a sufficiently long display surface; From an urban perspective, buildings need to have a certain length along the street to form a relatively complete street interface; As the entrance to the future community, it is necessary to define the scope of the city and the community, and enclose a "door" image. The design aims to start from the perspective of interaction with the city, with communication with people as the core. As the main means of communication between architecture and the city, sight and being seen have become the core of architectural design; And communication with people is achieved through the landscape combined with architecture.
The demonstration area is located between two high-rise buildings in the southwest corner. The common approach is to center the building and place it between two high-rise buildings, with owners entering the community through the entrance lobby. Due to the small land area of the project, this layout method is difficult to create a positive and effective spatial space. We will rotate the building 90 degrees, leaving a northern outdoor pedestrian entrance and exit, echoing the site in a stepped back posture. Open holes on the entrance platform and add tree ladders to facilitate the linkage between the first and second floors. As the future community center, we hope to create a place that combines functions such as reception, reading, party and mass, community health, property management, and community facilities to form a vibrant center point.
